(LCC) is a Grassroots 501(c)4 Civic Engagement Organization, our mission is to amplify the voices of Lubbock residents and ensure that the will of the people are enacted in the city. We are committed to fostering transparent and accountable governance by mobilizing the community, advocating for policies that reflect the collective interests of our citizens, and utilizing petitions and other democratic tools as necessary. Through active engagement, education, and collaboration, we strive to create a more responsive and inclusive local government that works for the betterment of all Lubbock citizens.

Treasurer
As the Treasurer for Lubbock Citizens for Change (LCC), she brings a wealth of experience and expertise that is crucial to our organization’s success. With 35 years of experience as an accountant and payroll specialist, along with 25 years as a tax preparer, her meticulous attention to detail is instrumental in efficiently monitoring and managing our finances.
Her ability to manage tasks with precision and accuracy is a testament to her extensive expertise and dedication to doing tasks correctly. Whether it’s preparing detailed financial reports, overseeing budget allocations, or ensuring compliance with financial regulations, she handles each responsibility with a high level of professionalism and competence.
She approaches her role with a sense of purpose, understanding that sound financial management is essential to the success of our initiatives. Her dedication to transparency and accountability in financial practices helps to build trust among our supporters.

Gerald is the visionary founder of FundedYouth. As a proud father of three, Gerald is passionate about reforming the education system to ensure every child’s creativity and eagerness to learn are nurtured.
FundedYouth, empowers youth with access to industrial manufacturing tools, STEAM educational services, and on demand manufacturing certification programs.
Gerald’s mission is to transform community infrastructures into dynamic learning centers, fostering creativity, problem solving, and teamwork. By implementing a consumer driven Manufacturing On Demand model, he aims to reduce carbon emissions, minimize waste, and re-engineer outdated processes. This innovative approach not only addresses educational resource limitations but also instills a sense of purpose and joy in learning.
Under Gerald’s leadership, FundedYouth is revolutionizing education and community engagement, making learning fun and engaging while preparing children for the future.
